We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $40, meaning free shipping for all devices.

Delivery timeframes will vary from state to state please check Australia Post website for delivery times. 

Our products are shipped from Moorebank NSW 2170 and we use Australia Post and a range of couriers. Once your item has been shipped your will be sent tracking information for your order.

Returns

Refunds are given if your product is faulty, or damaged.

Refunds will not be given due to a change of mind. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss via sales@elletens.com.au

If your device is faulty please contact us via sales@elletens.com.au this will allow us to complete some troubleshooting with you and determine next steps.

Bodyclock TENS devices have a 2 year warranty and SensaTONE devices carry a 5 year warranty.
